Reminder: 3 Monthly Tag Colour Changeover
Are you using designated 3 monthly tag colour coded system in your workplace?
Appliances used on building and demolition sites are required to be test and tagged every three months and follow a colour coded tagging system.
The current tag colour is GREEN and applies from 1 March to 31 May.
Some sites might apply a “grace period” of one week either side of the change over dates, however Worksafe Vic has indicated they are satisfied provided it is not more than 3 months since the appliance was last checked and the correct tag colour was attached at that time.
